Ningaloo Reef Exmouth

Hi Everyone,
We are in Exmouth now and having a great time. We were sad to leave Coral bay but also excited to be heading to Exmouth and Ningaloo reef.

This is our set up at Coral bay it doesn't take us long to spread our gear everywhere!
At Coral Bay Sam and Angus went to the fish feeding in the afternoon they got to feed Spangled Emperor they were huge and they said they felt very strange when they touched your legs!

Here are some of the fish they fed.

Here we are leaving Coral bay.

We are having heaps of fun at Exmouth and have met some really nice people in the caravan park. We have been doing lots more snorkelling our favourite spot is at Turquoise bay there is a current that runs along the beach and you hop in at one end and put your snorkelling gear on and then float with the current over the coral to the other end of the beach you have to hop out pretty quickly so you don't get pushed out to sea! Pretty cool!

This is Turquoise Bay it is very nice!

Mum and Angus loved sitiing in the water and watching the fish swim around them!

We are having a great time and after a couple of days in Exmouth we headed into the Cape Range National Park to do some free camping at Ningaloo reef. We stayed at Pilagrammuna camp and then Tulki camp which was heaps of fun we were right on the edge of the beach!

Our next stop was Karijini National park near Tom Price!
Will talk to you soon.
Bye!

  2. Hey Sarah
You should be on the cover of Sports Illustrated !!! Broome should herald the 'removal' of Angus and show your hot self to the world ! Love the update - water looks amazing. On a scale of 1-10 in the envy stakes I'm probably on about an 8.75 as I sit in the lounge room with the heater on having 'hiked' 5kms with Hels this morning wearing rain jackets...... no crystal clear stuff in sight !
Cannot wait to get up there - 10 days to go. Mouth sewn up in a futile attempt to reduce 'carry on' luggage !!!
    Woo hoo see you soon
    Much Love Ferrari's xxxx
